Woke up today, head to Times Square to get tix for The Lion King.
Miki and her mother stopped by to take pictures with NYPD on horses and Miki got bitten by one of them! hahaha~

Checked out Union Square Holiday Market.
They had quite interesting merchandise.

Miki tried on some funny bear and wolf hats.
I loved them, but she thought they would be too ridiculous to wear in Japan.
or maybe because the artist didn't allow us to take pictures~ boof!
I got a beautiful silk scarf from Nepal.

Called Lola, my Union Square guide, for a Restaurant.
He was having lunch at Souen and invited us or was it just me? to come and join~
We all stared at Lola's food and ordered the same Steamed Veggies and Brown rice. Miki and her mom felt like horse to have big plate of steamed veggies! :)
I was quite impressed by myself, cause 9 yrs ago I had to force myself to eat Caesar salad and my mum stopped me when I gawked~

Took the subway to SoHo since Miki desperately needed a pair of jeans from APC. Oh, I love love LOVE this store! and got some fresh choux à la crème from beard papa as dessert for dinner chez Novita. Yum.. yumm~

We caught Morry waving from #5 at Grand Central.
Since he gave me a topic for my blog, the least I could do was to invite him over for some good Palembang food.

I loved loved LOVED the shrimp ball soup!
