le pique-nique

It was a bit unusual to see everybody in their summer outfit.
A vintage dress swinging, a California -- short pants, tee, and a cap, tiny tanks, capris, completed with a pair of wedges. Sweeeet~
I didn't have time to switch my closet from Fall/Winter, hence I could only wear whatever was available, t-shirt and a pair of jeans.

At lunch, we were out on a little trip to enjoy the day.
Walked to Lafayette and Broome to get salads and sandwiches from Dom's.
Then skipped to the playground on Thompson and Spring.
Unfortunately, all the benches were taken.
Well.. we were in our highly spontaneous mood, so we decided to sit on the ground under a tree (more like branches with buds of leaves) and ate our lunch.
It was fantastic!

After lunch I was heating up and felt a bit sluggish.
I wasn't much of a sun and heat kinda gal.
70ﾟF would be warm enough..
