I got to see The Lion King for the first time today at New Amsterdam. A beautiful theater decorated with Art Nouveau flora and fauna.

The show was impressive. The scenery, costumes, props, elephants and zebras walking down the aisles, amazing! Rafiki, Mufasa, and Scar had strong voices. Miki-chan's mum got us t-shirts from the show.

Before the show, we stopped by McDonald's next to the theater since Miki's mum needed to use the toilet and Miki and I wanted some greasy fries. Anyway, there was these counters along the hallway to the toilet with monitors were we could sit and eat. First I thought it was just plain old tv, then I realized it was brief history of McD's repeated over and over.
What a brainwashed! No wonder they were overweight~
