what happen when somebody swept you of your feet?
you either fall on your bottom or your face!

So, I went on a ride..
A rollercoaster no less..
It started to make me sick on my stomach, but I couldn't get enough..

Let's just say, I am not a happy camper today.
Can I use PMS as an excuse? hahaha~
It's so good to be a girl that I can easily use this lame excuse for something I don't want to admit!

And just when I thought I was running out of luck..

お母さん （美季ちゃんのね～） called me up from Japan.
She asked if I had received the package she sent me 2 weeks ago.
Hmm.. it didn't usually take more than 10 days.
She said she'd check with the local post office and called me back.
Meanwhile, I checked with the doorman.
Yes, Miss. You have a package and it's been sitting here for 2 days..
Hey? No notice?
I went down to pick it up.
Oooh, what a box!
Reminded me when I was back in college, all my Japanese friends received their boxes at least once a month.

I called up お母さん right away to thank her and opened the box at the same time.
Oooooh... goodiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeessssss!!
They were all individually wrapped.
My favorite wrapper was this cloth with a red 菊 on.
お母さん explained what each item was.
Fish flakes and のり to be eaten with rice or おにぎり、蝦せんべい、and サクマ銀座ドロップス reminded her 節子 of 火垂るの墓 that we watched the night before she left.
Then there was my favourite ようかん from とらや. They were the best!!!!

On the inedible side, there was the fabulous goldfish print napkin, a flower print towel, and rabbit prints goodies!

I must haｄ done something really good during their stay to deserve so much goodies!
I was hopping in my little studio again...

sometimes it gets me wonder..

how can somebody know i need some love today?
