on the run
A friend passed me an invitation for a F/W 2005 show at Bryant Park.
I wasn't so much into her just because her design wasn't good on me.
The bulky knit, hell! You gotta be lanky to wear it!
The satin and the chiffon were cut a little too girly for me.
I took the invitation anyway.
Perhaps this time would be more interesting.
The tent was packed with the press and the outrageous looking fashionistas.
I picked up some papers and stood in line.
My friend had her hands on Harry & David chocolates.
Oh, this is soooo good! You gotta get some, sphinxku!
I picked a couple and pocketed them.
We sat down and waited for the show to start.
A little Marc Jacobs-y here and there, the dog sweater was hmm.. Fake London-y.
Bulky sweaters on top of flowy dresses created a bohemian look. This, I liked!
The show was over in no time.
It was quite inspiring I must say.
I had to run to class afterwards.
From class to the early b-day celebration for Sus.

I had a piece of cake, delish!
But I needed more than that.
I had not had lunch and it was 5pm.
Excused myself soon after the cake and walked to Square Diner around the corner.
Had a tuna melt and took the train back to school.
Finally got home at 9.. zzzz... zzzzzz.... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....
