errands

Amazingly I was out early today.
And oddly, first stop was 5th Ave.
Not to shop. Oof!
Went to drop off my favorite boots at Shoe Service -- supposedly it was the best shoe repair shop in the city.

Afterwards I walked on 5th..
Picked up a couple of daily care products here and there and had lunch at Sapporo.
I was seated at the bar.
Kikuchi-san stood across from me, yelling off orders in such a manner.
I imagined Mikiko sat next to me.
She loved making fun of Kikuchi-san.
I couldn't help smiling.

19th Century European Novel wasn't so exciting.
The instructor was nice, but he seemed to have an ADD.
He got lost in his own sentences... oh, dear!

I had to go back to Shoes Service because I forgot to tell them to glue or sewn the soles.
Unfortunately, they'd sent my boots to the workshop.
I had to wait until Saturday when they'd be back...

Returned to school for Costume Design.
It was super exciting!
I got to pick up a script and sketch 25 pieces.
On top of that, Mimi Maxmen looked like Anne Bancroft.
I liked her already!
