I came down with $4 and change in my wallet.
My excuse? I need Arches and fancy Prismacolors for my final projects... hehehe~
There I was scrambling through the kitchen cabinets to see if there was anything I could chew.
I had choices of dessert: plain coconut macaroons or chocolate ones, a sobako no dacquoise, and a 鳩サブレー, but what's for dinner?
Did more digging and found a box a linguine. A good sign!
Now, just needed sauce or toppings.
A pint of pandan and naga ice cream, and sticks of green tea ones sat on the freezer.
What's up with all the sweets?
Oh, then there it was, a slice of salmon! Yumm.. yumm..
Slathered some miso on the salmon, sprinkled some salt and pepper, and placed them in the oven.
Once the linguine was boiled, put a teaspoon of butter.
I wondered if miso would be good with pasta? Well, it was good with noodle soup. Why not? Half scoop of miso it was!
Crumbed the salmon and mixed with linguine and topped with roasted seaweed.
Et, voila! It was surprisingly delish!
