Spring wasn't here just yet.
Back under the big coat again.
It was breezy and cold day.
The temperature stayed in the mid 30s.

The kitchen got locked up.
My friend and I started picking on the lock at the beginning, soon enough she lost her patient and started banging the lock with a hammer! hihihi~
As she went for 2nd trick of credit card and scissors, I studied the other doors and made a little U-shape tool out of a jumbo paper clip on the side.
The tool slipped in smoothly, I let my friend did the pulling as my hands were always too slippery for such job.
The door actually snapped! Unfortunately, the lock was stucked, so it snapped back! Darn!
She cut her finger by the distorted metal that she banged with hammer earlier..
While she went to find band-aid, I just stood by and let myself be hypnotized by fantastic shoes.... shuuuzzzzzz~~ shuuuuuuuuuuuuuzzzzz~~~~

I finally snapped back when my stomach grumbled.
Almost 3pm, but no lunch yet.. and seemed like we wouldn't be leaving until we got the door open.
I didn't feel like picking on the lock anymore --

I get nervous around sharp objects...

Made another tool with another paper clip.
This time, it shaped like an "S."
One end hooked to the lock and the other would hook to a finger, mine in this case..
Slided in her credit card and this time the colaboration worked! hooray!!!

We went to lunch at Rice in NoLIta.
The usual hang out.
They had the best Mexican Chicken Soup! yumm.. yumm..
