une revue de そば

It was waaay quiet today.
Only two of us left at the office.
So, we decided to go for a walk and lunch in SoHo.
Afterall it was a beautiful Friday afternoon.

We made a reservation at Honmura An on Mercer, supposedly the best Soba place in town.
It was located on 2nd floor.
All wooden and sufficient gigantic ikebana.
Plenty of natural light came from the glass front of the restaurant.
The Zen feeling absorbed the conversations, so we could only hear them murmuring to each other.
I ordered the lunch box to not confused myself.
The Soba was good -- coming from somebody who was not a fan of cold noodle!, but the tendon -- tempura on rice, was just ok..
I preferred the tendon at 蕎麦や in the village.

Mum called.
Adi was moving to an apartment she said.
Cup cup to Adi! Your little cat is missing you~
