I stayed on the bed til very late since I didn't have my breakfast buddy anymore.
Leonora called around 11, I was still on the bed. I miss her already.
Then talked to Abi.
She sounded sluggish, not feeling well she said and would rather be on the phone with me than faxing China.
Susie and Steven called to check on my family regarding the earthquake. I told them we lived far away from the area. And last nite I called, my brother and his fiancee were about to take off on parasailing. So, I guessed they were fine.
I finally dragged myself out of the bed around 2pm because I was starving.
Had soup Irina made for me before she left. Oh, I miss her, too!!
She was really sweet. It was the first time I met her, but she treated me just like Leonora.
Cleaned up my apartment quickly. Purchased vacuum bags and filter online, paid all the bills, re-started my Netflix account -- yes, I'd need something to do for a month!, and took a shower.
Shower made me fresh and Michelle Legrand kept me sane!
I was a happy bunny again!
Stopped by Best Buy but they sold out of the DVD I wanted, so I went back online again.
Kamii was back in Japan and he was happy to have all the freedom! hahaha~
What's the point of having a gf, if you are not happy?

And a friend from high school (he'd rather remain anonymous) made a request to write the blog in Bugis (one of the local language from Makassar). Are you kidding me? I've never understood them as none of my family speak the language. Well, my mother probably understood it as her parents were from Kajang, but I was raised by my grandma (father's side) and she spoke Chinese or Indonesian. My grandpa did speak Makassarese, but I wasn't close to him so I only understood, but had never spoken.
I tried to practice Makassarese in my head this afternoon. Oh forget it! I haven't heard, let alone spoken the language in 10 years! I spoke Indonesian since I was little. I could do the dialect, but please.. have merci~
